Terms of Use
Effective August 5, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Marwan Alamat, operator of Home Bartender ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app you accept them.
The service
Home Bartender helps you manage cocktail recipes, bar inventory, and shareable guest menus, with AI-assisted features such as ingredient scanning, recipe suggestions, and the MixMaster assistant.
Responsible use
The app is a recipe and hosting tool — it does not sell or deliver alcohol. Cocktail content is intended for people of legal drinking age in their location. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time in the app (More → Delete account).
Subscriptions and trial
- Home Bartender Pro is an auto-renewing annual subscription purchased through your Apple account at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours prior to the start of the next period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- New accounts receive a 14-day trial of Pro features. No payment details are required for the trial, and nothing is charged when it ends — your account simply moves to the free plan's limits unless you subscribe.
- Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms.
Your content
You own the recipes, photos, and other content you create. You grant us the license needed to store and display that content in order to run the app — including showing menu content to guests you choose to share a menu link or QR code with.
AI-generated content
Recipes, descriptions, and images produced by AI features may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always use your own judgment about ingredients, allergens, and safe alcohol quantities before preparing or serving anything.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and no infringing other people's rights.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marwan Alamat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we will update this page and its effective date.
